Returns Policy

CAN I RETURN/REFUND MY ORDER?

Yes! We accept returns on unopened tubes within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.

Due to the consumable nature of our tubes (and hygiene standards), we can not accept returns on any products that have been opened.

 

HOW TO RETURN: 

Send us an email at hello@cocktaildropz.com to request a return. 
From there, our team will guide you through the next steps. They’ll assess the situation and let you know if your return is good to go!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them. Sealed, untouched, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns sent without prior approval (aka surprise packages) will sadly not be accepted. 
  • We only accept returns for items bought from our online store, so have your order number and the email used to purchase ready.
  • Return shipping for approved returns is covered by the customer.
  • Once your return is accepted and processed, you’ll receive a refund.

 

DAMAGED ITEM OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ONE?

Yikes! That’s not the vibe.

If your item arrived damaged, tampered with, or not what you ordered, let us know immediately so we can jump in and make it right!

Send clear photos of the issue to hello@cocktaildropz.com and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
